Google API and Google Ads Integrations
As part of the Convertels Ads service provided to its customers, Convertels may use Google OAuth 2.0 and the related API services provided by Google, including the Google Data Manager API, to deliver Google Ads conversion integrations.
Google OAuth access allows Convertels to securely access the necessary Google API services.
Google API access is used solely to operate the Convertels Ads service provided to the relevant customer and to send conversion data to the relevant Google Ads account.
Purpose of the Google integration
Eligible conversion signals measured by Convertels may be sent to configured Google Ads conversion goals.
Depending on the configuration used, these signals may cover actions such as:
- •Reaching the rate or room search stage
- •Reaching the stage at which booking details are entered
- •Reaching the payment stage
- •Successfully completing a booking
- •WhatsApp contact action
- •Phone contact action
This information is processed to provide the advertising measurement, conversion reporting and advertising performance features offered to the relevant customer.
Use of Google OAuth authorization information
Authorization information used under Google OAuth is processed solely to operate the relevant Google integration.
Long-lived OAuth authorization information is stored securely and in encrypted form.
Short-lived OAuth access tokens are used only to perform the necessary Google API operations and are not stored as persistent user data.
OAuth authorization information is:
- •not sold,
- •not used for independent advertising profiling,
- •not shared with unauthorized third parties,
- •not used for independent purposes other than providing Convertels services.
Sharing of Google API data
Information processed through Google API services is used solely to provide the relevant Convertels features.
To the extent necessary, this information may be shared with:
- •the relevant Google services,
- •the infrastructure providers required to technically deliver Convertels services,
- •competent public authorities where legally required.
User data processed under Google API services is not sold to third parties.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Convertels' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Convertels does not use data processed under Google API services for purposes other than those described in this policy.
End of Google API access
If the relevant OAuth authorization, credential or Google platform access is revoked, expires or becomes invalid, Convertels can no longer use the relevant Google API access.
Meta Conversions API Integration
As part of the Convertels Ads service provided to its customers, Convertels may send eligible conversion signals measured on the website and booking journey server-side to configured Meta conversion destinations through the Meta Conversions API.
Depending on the configuration used, the Meta integration may cover conversion signals such as:
- •Rate or room search
- •Reaching the stage at which booking details are entered
- •Reaching the payment stage
- •Successfully completing a booking
- •WhatsApp contact action
- •Phone contact action
This information is processed to operate the Convertels Ads service provided to the relevant customer, to measure conversions and to evaluate advertising performance.
The access token and other authorization information required for the Meta Conversions API integration are used solely to operate the relevant integration and are stored with appropriate security measures.
Information processed under the Meta integration is:
- •not used beyond the scope required to provide the relevant service,
- •not sold,
- •not used for independent advertising profiling,
- •not shared with unauthorized third parties.
The terms of use, privacy policies and platform rules of the services provided by Meta also apply separately.
Data Sharing
Personal data and technical data may be shared with third-party service providers to the extent necessary to provide the services and limited to the relevant purpose of use.
Examples include:
- •Google Ads
- •Meta
- •system hosting services
- •technical infrastructure providers
- •security and operations service providers
Such sharing is limited to the scope required to provide the relevant service.
Convertels does not sell personal data and does not share it with unauthorized third parties.
Where there is a legal obligation, data may be shared with competent public authorities or courts.
Cookies and Technical Data
Cookies and similar technical technologies may be used on the Convertels website and products to improve the user experience, analyse service usage, ensure security and, where permitted, measure advertising performance.

OAuth refresh tokens, platform access tokens and similar sensitive integration information are stored securely and are not exposed to the user or to unauthorized parties.
