Demo data
The problem
The traffic arrived. But what did it do?
Ad platforms show you the arrival. On the direct booking side, the real question is what the visitor did after landing on your hotel website.
More visits alone does not mean stronger booking behaviour was created.
What the ad platform shows
- Impressions and clicks
- Number of visits sent to the site
- Channel and campaign cost
What happens on the hotel website
- Were rooms and rates reviewed?
- Had the visitor been here before?
- Did they move through the booking steps?
- Did they want to contact the hotel?
- Was an online reservation completed?
Both layers are necessary. Ad platforms measure the traffic; Convertels Pulse measures the behaviour that traffic produces on the hotel website.
The value of a visit
Not every visit has the same commercial value.
A visit may only browse the site, look at rooms and rates, move through the booking steps, want to contact the hotel, or be completed with an online reservation.
These behaviours do not all mean the same thing. Instead of losing them inside a single traffic number, Pulse makes each one visible with its own meaning.
- Low Intent
Visits that do not form a clear behaviour pattern towards booking.
- Price Research
Visits that look at the room and rate options of the hotel.
- Near-Booking Visit
Visits that reach the guest details or payment stage of the booking flow.
- Contact Intent
Visits that want to reach the hotel by phone or message.
- Online Reservation
Reservations completed in the booking flow on the website.
These behaviours are not a mandatory sequence that everyone follows. A visit may produce only one of them; contact intent and progress in the booking flow are separate behaviours.
Product proof
See what your traffic turns into.
Convertels Pulse makes behaviour on the hotel website readable through five core decision metrics.

Demo data
The screenshots show the live product interface, which is currently in Turkish. The metric names below are the English equivalents of the product metrics.
Total Visits
Shows the total number of separate visits made to the hotel website in the selected period.
Returning Visits
Shows the new visits created by people who have visited the hotel before.
Near-Booking Visits
Shows the visits that reach the guest details or payment stage.
Contact Intent
Shows the visits that want to reach the hotel by phone or message.
Online Reservation
Shows the online reservations confirmed in the booking flow on the website.
So you can see not only how many visits arrived, but how close those visits came to a booking.
Unique Visitor is not a sixth primary metric; it appears as supporting context under Total Visits. The same person can create more than one visit at different times.
Source comparison
Which source produces what?
Compare Google, Instagram, Facebook, Direct and other traffic sources not only by how many visits they bring, but by what those visits do on the hotel website.
One source may bring more traffic while another produces stronger returning visits, near-booking behaviour, contact intent or online results.
Selected metric: Ziyaret (Visits)

Selected metric: Rezervasyon Niyeti (Booking Intent)

Demo data
Same period, same sources. When the selected metric changes, the ranking can change too.
The values shown are sample data from the demo environment. They do not show that a platform is generally better or worse; they only show the behaviour measured in the selected period.
Insights
Seeing the data is not enough. See what it says.
Convertels Pulse surfaces the standout situations and the ones that need attention among the results measured in the selected period.
See more easily which source stands out, why it stands out and which measured behaviour supports that reading.

Demo data
Pulse does not manage your campaigns, change your budget or predict how many reservations you will receive in the future. It shows the measured result, the data that supports it and why the situation stands out.

Create behaviour on the demo hotel website
Look at rooms and rates, move through the booking steps, or try contacting the hotel.
- Browse the hotel pages and room options.
- Move through the booking steps if you like.
- Try the phone or WhatsApp links.
- Return to the open Convertels Pulse Dashboard tab to watch the change.
You do not have to complete every step. Only the behaviour you create is measured.
The numbers in the demo environment are sample data. They are not a product guarantee or an industry benchmark.
